▪️Ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-4 business days.

▪️Pre order items will ship within 4-6 WEEKS after closing date on the order (unless otherwise stated in description).📣If you place an order with pre order items AND ready to ship items, the ready to ship items will not ship separately!! Everything will ship together once the pre order arrives!! If you would like the ready to ship items sooner, please place two separate orders!!📣

🛑If you select local pickup at checkout, you have 3 (business days ~ Monday-Friday) to pick up your order. After that, your item will be resold WITHOUT a refund.🛑
If you know you can not come get it within 3 days, please select shipping at checkout…🫶🏼

- PRE ORDERS MAY NOT BE RETURNED ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED DUE TO FAILURE TO READ ITEM IS A PRE ORDER OR YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND. This will mess up item counts and I will not receive a refund from my vendor to send you. Once the pre order is placed, all sales are FINAL.

-Addresses MAY NOT be changed once you place your order. Please verify your shipping address is correct BEFORE you place your order. Refunds will not be sent for incorrect address inputs. 


🛑ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE during holiday months (NOVEMBER-JANUARY). NO refunds, returns, exchanges!🛑

Items can be returned within 3 days of the tracking number saying delivered, but it must be in the original condition, with tags attached to get a store credit.


Please note you will not receive store credit or a refund once the item(s) arrive back to me if one of the following has occurred: 

• there are signs of wear or use

• the tags are not attached

• the items are not in the exact condition I sent them out in 

• the items smell like smoke or have been washed.

Buyer pays return shipping cost to be returned!

Original shipping will not be returned to buyer, only product cost minus 15% restocking fee.


Refunds/store credit will not be issued to buyer until item has been received by store owner. 


▫️Damaged or lost items: Unfortunately, I can not control the mail carriers so once your items leave me, I will not offer refunds/exchanges due to mishandling of the items on USPS/UPS part. I will do everything in my power to locate your package like filing a claim and reaching out to the postal services but I can not do much more than that.


🔺Please double check your mailing address to prevent lost packages. I will not provide a refund or exchange for lost packages due to an incorrect address!🔺
