โ€ข Preย order items will ship within 4-6 WEEKSย afterย closing date on the order (unless otherwise stated in description).

โ€ข If you place an order with pre order items AND ready to ship items, the ready to ship items will not ship separately!! Everything will ship together once the pre order arrives!! If you would like the ready to ship items sooner, please place two separate orders!!

- Addresses MAY NOT be changed once you place your order. Please verify your shipping address is correct BEFORE you place your order. Refunds will not be sent for incorrect address inputs. We do NOT ship toย P.O. BOXES!ย

Items can be returned withinย 3 daysย of the tracking number saying delivered, but it must be in the original condition,ย with tags attached (if applicable) toย proceed with return policy.ย 

**15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY**ย 

Please note you will not receive store credit or a refund once the item(s) arrive back to me if one of the following has occurred:ย 

โ€ข there are signs of wear or use

โ€ข the tags are not attached

โ€ข the items are not in the exact condition I sent them out inย 

โ€ข the items smell like smoke or have been washed.

Buyerย is responsible for paying return shipping cost.ย 

Original shipping will not be returned to buyer, only product cost minus 15% restocking fee.

Refunds/store credit will not be issued to buyer until item has been received by store owner.ย

Unfortunately, I cannot control the mail carriers so once your items leave me, I will not offer refunds/exchanges due to mishandling of the items on USPS/UPS part. I will do everything in my power to locate your package like filing a claim and reaching out to the postal services but I cannot do much more than that to find lost packages. Please reach out to your mail service should you have any issues BEFORE reaching out to me. Most of the time these issues can be fixed by contacting them first!
